A pet nat from the Deurić winery, made mainly of Sauvignon blanc blended with a small amount of Gewurztraminer, yielding a sparkling wine of greenish-yellow colour, with fine, pearly bubbles. The wine is extremely fresh and easy to feel on the nose, followed by a complex of Sauvignon varietal notes from herbal to fruity. Exceptional freshness remains when tasting the wine.
