Blurb: A full bodied, dry white produced of 100% native varietal Doral. Doral is somewhat a crossing between Chardonnay and another indigenous varietal, Chasselas. The end result being a bold and rich number - think sicilian lemon, white peach, Creme Brulee. mango, papaya and pineapple. This complex flavour profile is delicately layered over a creamy, smooth palate making this the perfect accompaniment for cheese dishes - such as Swiss favourite Fondue.
