MITTNACHT CUVEE EPICE
'Epice' meaning spicy was born out of a marriage between a Japanese chef and a French winemaker, specifically for the purpose of complimenting spicy cuisine. A Gentil (blend of several grape varieties), this cuvée is a blend of 60% Gewuztraminer with 20% Pinot Blanc & 20% Pinot Gris. Slightly off-dry, very aromatic, spicy, supple and deep.
PEGASUS BAY RIESLING
The bouquet is a zesty fusion of, citrus, orange blossom and green apple, cloaked in a spicy mineral underlay. The palate is vibrant and energised, with layers of citrus, racy acidity, and a hint of spritzig giving a zesty, lemon sherbet mouthfeel. Elegant and stylish with a charming sweetness, the wine tapers into a steely, honeyed finish that leaves a lasting impression.
ARDÈCHE VIOGNIER GRÈS DU TRIAS
A fruity, well-rounded viognier with aromas of fresh peaches, wild herbs and hints of lemon. Medium-bodied with an aromatic and charming profile on the palate. Delicious fruit character with a touch of sweetness and a floral edge to the finish.
