CAILBOURDIN NANOGYRA POUILLY FUMÉ

One of the most prized wines from Loire Valley, Pouilly-Fumé, as the name suggests, is celebrated for its intense minerality, crisp acidity and unique smoky, 'flinty' notes. 

This terrific expression has a lovely weight on the palate with complex elderflower and hedgerow fruit, citrus and almost tropical touches. Beautifully balanced with characteristic mineral "gun flint" backbone.

FEVRE AND FEVRE CHABLIS

100% Chardonnay with an elegant bouquet revealing citrus, white fruits and floral aromas. Velvety texture on the palate, delivering an impeccable harmony between zesty citrus acidity and the signature flinty minerality that is the hallmark of Chablis. Graceful yet robust, refreshing and indulgent.

A rich and enticing Southern Rhone blend with notes of black bramble fruits, fig, chocolate, white pepper and wild herbs. The palate retains freshness with a nice acid line to balance out the refined oaky characteristics of coffee, tobacco and cigar box.
